Professional vacuum-packaging machine S-550 SV
The S-550 SV vacuum-packaging machine is part of the SICO KITCHENWARE® production range intended for the professional sector; it is aimed at butchers, restaurants, hotels, pizzerias, pubs, catering firms, etc.
Its use is made extremely easy by the patented magnetic closure system, which is able to reduce operator intervention to a minimum.
It is fitted with a 550mm triple sealing bar, an absolute innovation on the market that produces an effective and long-lasting seal.
It has a shell in polished or satin-finish AISI 304 steel with chromed or painted finishes.
The vacuum chamber is made of aluminium. The sealing time is adjustable, with 13 positions to choose from.
The sealing and the opening of the vacuum chamber are automatic.
A professional vacuum gauge constantly measures the vacuum rate.
This model has two engines and two powerful pumps installed, to ensure maximum speed and an industrial-strength vacuum, which is protected by a double removable filter.
A powerful transformer allows the continuous and intensive use of our packaging machines without the risk of pauses due to overheating.
Thanks to the Soft Vacuum function it is possible to package soft, fragile, and moist foods.
Bags, rolls, and containers can be used.
Multiple bags can be packaged simultaneously in a single cycle.

Patented magnetic system
The patented magnetic system means the operator does not have to hold down the vacuum chamber continuously. The packaging cycle occurs autonomously and independently and gives the operator time to prepare the following bag.
Triple sealing bar
Triple sealing is an absolute innovation on the market. The machine simultaneously performs
three 550mm-long seals. A powerful transformer allows continuous use without interruptions and overheating of the machine.
13 sealing levels are available, depending on the type and thickness of the bag, and on the food that is to be packaged. During intensive use, the sealing time can be reduced to avoid burning the bag and to reduce energy consumpt
Professional vacuum gauge
The machine is equipped with a professional vacuum gauge with a double vacuum measuring scale in Hg and Bar. During the packaging cycle, the operator can accurately monitor the vacuum rate in bags and containers.

Soft vacuum function
The machine is equipped with a valve that allows the operator to adjust the vacuum rate in the bags.
This is a very useful function for packaging soft, fragile and moist foods.
