The S-LINE SV of vacuum-packaging machines is the SICO KITCHENWARE® production range intended for the professional sector, and is aimed at butchers, restaurants, hotels, pizzerias, pubs, catering firms, etc.

There are four models available:

S-350 SV / S-460 SV / S-550 SV / S-700 SV

which feature sealing bars ranging in length from 350mm to 700mm.It is possible to request special models with sealing bars up to 1500mm.
They have a shell in polished or satin-finish AISI 304 steel, with chromed or painted finishes.
The vacuum chamber is made of aluminium.
Their use is made extremely easy by the patented magnetic closure system, which is able to reduce operator intervention to a minimum.

One absolute innovation on the market is the triple sealing bar, or an effective and long-lasting seal.
The sealing time is adjustable, with 13 positions to choose from.
The sealing and the opening of the vacuum chamber are automatic.
A professional vacuum gauge constantly measures the vacuum rate.

Depending on the model, 1, 2 or 3 pumps are installed, so as to ensure maximum speed and an industrial-strength vacuum, and they are protected by a double removable filter.
A powerful transformer allows the continuous and intensive use of our packaging machines without the risk of pauses due to overheating.

Thanks to the Soft Vacuum function, it is possible to package soft, fragile, and moist foods.
Bags, rolls, and containers can be used.
Multiple bags can be packaged simultaneously in a single cycle.
